The Apartment.
* This two bed roomed apartment is ideally
situated in the heart of Villamartin within
walking distance of numerous bars and
restaurants and Villamartin plaza. It
has a magnificent communal pool, which
is overlooked from the apartment's balcony,
and is for use by the residents only.
The apartment itself is south facing,
with all-year round sunshine, and is a
home from home. You will find a light,
cool, open-plan Air-conditioned lounge
(with comfortable double Sofa-bed), dining
area and kitchen and the main bathroom
(which has a full bath and shower).
* As you enter the apartment into the
open plan living room, which is equipped
with a TV and DVD player (with in-build
games and USB port for USB key rings that
play Avi, Mpeg or Mp3 files). The open
plan American kitchen is fully equipped
and features hob, Fridge/Freezer, kettle,
toaster and microwave.
* From the living room & Kitchen you
access the two bedrooms (1 double and
1 twin) and bathroom, which is equipped
with a Shower/Bath, handwash basin, bidet
and toilet.
Near the Apartment.
* The Plaza at Villamartin offers both
young and old an enjoyable night out,
with a lively multicultural mix of bars,
restaurants and nightclubs. Set among
palm trees with a colourful array of resident
parrots you can sit among them "people
watching" soaking up the atmosphere!
* In the summer the plaza takes on a life
of its own with many of the restaurants
offering live music that adds to the vibrant
atmosphere. There are also some shops
offering gifts and Lladro, and a supermarket
that opens 7 days a week and stocks many
familiar UK brands.
* There are three superb golf courses
within a 5-minute drive the closest is
Villamartin which is a few minutes walk,
and choice of tennis courts, aqua parks,
go-karts, walks, Horse riding, cycling,
bowling and several historic towns, which
are well worth a visit.
* Situated close to the Villamartin area
and only 10 minutes drive from the typically
Spanish town of San Miguel which like
most towns in the area has its weekly
street market which is ideal for bargain
hunters and those who want to try out
their Spanish. There is generally a market
everyday somewhere near!
Beach.
* There is a fantastic choice of blue-flag
beaches, the closest being La Zenia &
Playa Flamenca that is around a 6-minute
drive. Some of these provide water sports
such as jet skis, pedlos and sailing.
Shops, Banks, Supermarkets
and Restaurants.
* Take a short walk to the local bars,
Banks and restaurants, or go slightly
further a field to find an abundance of
food from around the world. Villamartin
Plaza only a 5-minute walk is highly recommended,
not least for its al-fresco summer atmosphere.
Most restaurants welcome children.
* 2-3 Mercadona supermarkets are only
a five-minute drive away.
Golf Courses.
For the golfer a 10-minute walk and you
can be on the first tee at Villamartin
golf club. If this isn't enough then 5
minutes in the car and you have another
2 excellent courses to choose from: Campoamor
and Las Ramblas - they are varied and
challenging. La Finca is a spectacular
course only 15 minutes away, along with
a further 4 or 5 course within a 20 minutes
drive.
Airport.
Alicante airport is about 40 minutes away
and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even
closer at around 25 minutes. Both provide
very easy routes to the apartment. You
can even fly into one airport and fly
back home from another, taking advantage
of the price difference and preferable
flight times.
Car Hire.
There are a variety of car hire firms
based at the Airports. There is normally
no additional charge for collecting at
one airport and dropping off at the other
airport. We can provide you with links
to the cheapest hire companies.

For Weekend breaks
- Low/Mid season = £40
per day Peak Season = £50
per day
Please note that there is a further charge
for cleaning and Laundry of 30 euros (apx
£20) per stay (paid locally).
